Veck.io 3-Phase Warmup

A warmup only works if it is repeatable. Use the same order every day so your aim and movement settle before the first real duel.

Phase 1: tracking for control

Spend five minutes on smooth crosshair tracking. Focus on keeping the target centered without panic corrections. This phase reduces early overflicks.

Phase 2: flicks for first-shot confidence

Use another five minutes on short and medium flicks. Reset fully between reps. Fast but sloppy repetitions do not transfer well to real fights.

Phase 3: movement aim

Finish with five minutes of strafe-stop-shoot rhythm. This is the phase most players skip, even though real duels depend on movement timing more than raw aim drills.

What to avoid

  • Do not change sensitivity during the session.
  • Do not turn warmup into a random highlight chase.
  • Do not warm up longer than your focus can support.
